Hello from a Devon Wedding Photographer

Can I take the opportunity to introduce myself? It’s been a while….. and I’ve seen new faces here I want to say two things: Hello & Welcome from a Devon wedding photographer!

My name is Amber, and I am a photographer who loves creating beautiful nature-inspired wedding photography & videography for adventurous outdoor-loving camera-shy couples.…. alongside 5 awesome female photographers & filmmakers, and we make up the Liberty Pearl Photo & Film Collective.

Most weekends you’ll find me spending time with my family immersed in nature or at my church St Matthias Plymouth.

On the weekends my absolute favourite thing to do is visit the beautiful beaches & woodlands in Devon & Cornwall, going for a nice walk, then finding a little cafe to stop for herbal tea and a large slice of CAKE (did I mention that I absolutely love CAKE), and hopefully catch a glimpse of an awesome sunset on the way home!

Devon is a stunning county in southwestern England that boasts an array of beautiful outdoor landscapes that are simply incredible for taking photos. From the rugged coastline to the rolling hills, verdant forests, and quaint villages, there are plenty of picturesque locations to explore and capture through the lens of a camera. The stunning Dartmoor National Park, for instance, is a photographer’s paradise with its sprawling heather-covered moorlands, wild ponies, and dramatic granite tors. Meanwhile, the picturesque fishing villages of Clovelly and Beer offer an abundance of charming coastal scenery, while the historic city of Exeter boasts a plethora of photogenic landmarks and historic buildings. With so much natural beauty on offer, Devon is a true gem for photography enthusiasts looking to capture the great outdoors.
