I'm Amber, a Devon wedding photographer, capturing natural wedding photography across Devon, Cornwall and the South West.
For over 12 years, I've photographed more than 300 weddings across Devon, from coastal celebrations in Salcombe, Dartmouth and Hope Cove to elegant country house weddings near Exeter, relaxed barn weddings on Dartmoor and intimate ceremonies in the South Hams. I've captured weddings in historic churches, family farms, luxury manor houses and hidden seaside locations, each with its own story to tell. The ever-changing light, dramatic coastline and breathtaking landscapes make Devon one of the most incredible places to get married, but it's never just about the location, it's always about the people within it.
Every wedding is different, and that's exactly how I approach it. Calmly. Naturally. Blending into the crowd, never taking over the moment. Most couples tell me they're worried about being in front of the camera. You don't need to be. I'll guide when it's needed. And quietly step back when it's not.
So you can spend your wedding day completely immersed in the people you love, while I quietly document every chapter of the day, from the excitement of getting ready and walking down the aisle, to windswept confetti, heartfelt speeches, golden-hour portraits and the dance floor long after the sun has set.

Many couples tell me they usually feel awkward in front of the camera, but quickly forget it's even there. My approach to wedding photography is calm, relaxed and unobtrusive, allowing your day to unfold naturally while I quietly document every genuine moment, honest emotion and beautiful connection as it happens.
I'll guide you when it's needed, but never over-direct or turn your wedding day into a photoshoot. Instead, I blend into the background, capturing natural wedding photographs filled with laughter, happy tears, quiet glances and all the little in-between moments you didn't even realise were happening.
From the excitement of getting ready in the morning, to walking down the aisle, exchanging vows, celebrating with confetti, heartfelt speeches, golden-hour portraits and the dance floor at the end of the night, every part of your story is photographed with care.

Within an hour you can travel from the dramatic cliffs of the North Devon coast to the sheltered beaches of Salcombe and Hope Cove, through the rolling countryside of the South Hams, across the wild beauty of Dartmoor and into the historic streets of Exeter, Plymouth, Totnes, Kingsbridge, Dartmouth and Tavistock. Every part of Devon has its own character. Every season transforms the landscape. And every venue tells a completely different story.
I've photographed weddings in elegant country houses, vineyards, luxury hotels, historic churches, family farms, coastal venues and private estates across the county. Venues such as Deer Park Country House, Ugbrooke House, Bovey Castle, Brickhouse Vineyard, Hotel Endsleigh, Rockbeare Manor and Huntsham Court all offer something completely unique, whether you're dreaming of a black-tie celebration, a relaxed outdoor ceremony or an intimate gathering with your closest family and friends.
One of the things I love most about photographing weddings in Devon is how naturally the landscape becomes part of the story. Sea views, ancient woodland, rolling hills, wild moorland and beautiful gardens don't distract from the day, they simply provide the perfect setting for the memories you're creating.
Whether you're planning a luxury country house wedding, a coastal celebration overlooking the sea, a church ceremony in a historic Devon village or a relaxed barn wedding surrounded by countryside, Devon offers an incredible variety of places to celebrate.
