Capturing the Magic of a Beautiful Garden Marquee Affair in Cornwall

As a photographer, there is nothing more special than capturing the joy and excitement of a wedding day. Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing a beautiful wedding at Roswarne Venue in Cornwall. With a marquee set up in the stunning gardens, over 200 guests in attendance, and a ceremony at the local church of St Martin and St Meriadoc, it was a truly magical day.

A Jaw-Dropping First Impression

As I arrived at Roswarne Venue in the morning, I was immediately struck by the beauty of the gardens. The marquee was set up on a perfectly manicured lawn, with flowers in full bloom all around. The atmosphere was one of excitement and anticipation. Guests began arriving early to catch a glimpse of the bride and groom before the ceremony.

The Ceremony

The bride and groom had chosen to have their ceremony at the local church of St Martin and St Meriadoc, which was just a short drive from Roswarne Venue. As I made my way there, I couldn’t help but admire the stunning Cornish countryside, with its rolling hills and picturesque villages.

When I arrived at the church, the bride was already inside, getting ready to walk down the aisle. As I captured the moments leading up to the ceremony, I could feel the excitement building in the air. When the bride finally emerged from the church, she looked absolutely stunning in her wedding dress, and the groom looked equally dashing in his suit.

Reception at Roswarne

After the ceremony, we made our way back to Roswarne Venue for the reception. The guests enjoyed canapés and drinks in the stunning Roswarne gardens. Meanwhile, I took the opportunity to capture some beautiful shots of the bride and groom together. With the stunning backdrop of the gardens, we were able to create some truly memorable images that the couple will treasure for years to come.

As the sun began to set, the guests made their way into the marquee for the wedding meal and speeches. The atmosphere was one of joy and celebration, with laughter and applause filling the air. As the evening progressed, the party really got started, with guests taking to the dance floor to celebrate the happy couple.

Capturing this wedding at Roswarne Venue in Cornwall was a truly magical experience. From the stunning scenery to the excitement of the day, it was a wedding that I will never forget.
